Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organised
Project Administrator
to join our friendly team on a maternity cover basis. You will work closely with the Project Coordinator and Operations Team to ensure the smooth running of administrative processes, vehicle and storage management, and claims handling. This role also includes front-line communication with clients and support on social media updates.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Project Coordinator and Operations Team.
Manage and update internal records for vehicle fleet and storage facilities.
Assist in managing insurance claims from first contact to conclusion, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
Handle incoming calls and emails.
Maintain project files, reports, and other documentation.
Update and monitor the company's social media platforms with relevant content and updates.
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and insurers as needed.
Perform other administrative duties as required to support the smooth operation of projects.
Skills & Experience
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Confident using Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional and empathetic telephone manner.
