We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production processes. Prior experience in warehouse environments and sewing is advantageous, but training will be provided for the right candidate. Duties
Set up, operate, and monitor various manufacturing machines to produce high-quality products.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Adjust machine settings as necessary to meet production specifications.
Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and escalate complex problems to maintenance teams.
Maintain accurate records of production outputs and machine performance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Assist with quality control checks throughout the production process.
Support the team in achieving daily production targets efficiently and safely.
Skills
Previous experience in a warehouse environment is desirable.
Basic sewing skills are a plus, especially for roles involving textile or garment manufacturing.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to follow technical instructions precisely.
Good problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00PM
