Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production processes. Prior experience in warehouse operations or sewing is advantageous, but full training will be provided. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Operate a variety of manufacturing machinery with precision and care Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns Ensure production targets are met while adhering to safety protocols Record production data accurately and report any issues promptly Assist with packaging finished products and preparing them for shipment Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency

Requirements

Previous experience in garment decoration is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided Good organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to follow safety procedures diligently Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical tasks Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work shifts as required, including potential overtime when necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
