Overview

We are recruiting an experienced embroidery machine operator to join our expanding Workwear company.

The successful candidate will be based in our production unit in Flurrybridge - Jonesborough, and must have previous experience operating embroidery machines.

Duties will include loading designs on to the machines, framing garments and loading garments on and off of the machines.

The successful candidate must demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 39hrs per week. Must be able to commute.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor embroidery machines to ensure optimal performance. Loading designs from computer onto machines, must demonstrate computer literacy Follow production schedules to meet output targets. Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities produced and any malfunctions. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless workflow within the production area.

Skills

Proficiency in operating embroidery machines Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify issues quickly. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Good communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration. A proactive attitude towards quality assurance.
