We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. Duties

Operate embroidery machine according to standard operating procedures Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal output Conduct routine inspections and perform basic maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns Ensure that products meet quality standards through regular checks during production Record production data accurately and report any issues or irregularities to supervisors Assist in setting up machines for different production runs and changeovers Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines

Skills

Previous experience in a sewing or garment manufacturer environment or manufacturing setting is preferred Sewing skills are considered an advantage, especially for roles involving textile or garment production Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently with minimal supervision Good organisational skills with the capacity to follow instructions precisely Basic troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve minor machine issues quickly Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
