Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Embroidery Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining embroidery machinery used in our production processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills within a dynamic environment, contributing to the efficient and high-quality output of our organisation. Prior experience in warehouse operations or sewing is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. The position is paid and suitable for individuals eager to work in a fast-paced setting with a focus on safety and precision.

Duties



Operate embroidery machinery according to standard operating procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient production runs Monitor machine performance, identify any malfunctions, and perform basic troubleshooting or report issues to maintenance teams Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks to keep equipment in optimal condition Ensure quality standards are met by inspecting finished products and making necessary adjustments during operation Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations Assist with loading raw materials into machines and unloading finished goods for packaging or storage Document production data accurately, including machine settings, output quantities, and downtime incidents

Experience



Previous experience in a warehouse environment or manufacturing setting is preferred but not mandatory Skills in embroidery or familiarity with textile machinery are considered advantageous Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently with minimal supervision Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different machine types or production requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
