The Role

We're looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented EMC Test Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll work with state-of-the-art equipment, test fascinating products, and play a key role in ensuring they meet the highest compliance standards.

You'll be involved in a variety of tasks, including:

Conducting EMC tests using a wide range of specialised test equipment under the supervision of our experienced EMC Manager

Performing tests to applicable standards and test plans, while accurately documenting procedures and results

Setting up test equipment and following written specifications to ensure accurate and reliable testing

Maintaining a strong understanding of test standards and equipment operation

Engaging directly with customers during the testing process, assisting with troubleshooting and design improvement recommendations

About You

You're someone who enjoys understanding how things work -- and testing their limits. You bring a methodical approach to technical challenges and thrive in a collaborative environment where no two projects are the same.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

A background or strong interest in electronics or engineering

Ideally, experience in Commercial, Automotive, or Military EMC testing or somebody with an interest in beginning a career where they can apply their knowledge of electromagnetic theory/interactions in the real-world.

A practical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients
