The Employee Benefits Analyst plays a vital role within Barclays' Pension and Benefits team, supporting the effective delivery of employee benefit programs across the Europe and Middle East region. This position combines operational ownership with analytical expertise, ensuring that pension and benefits processes run seamlessly and in full compliance with regulatory standards. You will manage cyclical processes, analyse complex data sets to provide actionable insights, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain service excellence. In addition, you will contribute to policy reviews, support strategic projects such as new implementations, and assist with governance activities to uphold best practice and enhance the overall employee experience.
To be successful as an Employee Benefits Analyst, you should have the following experience:
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent organizational ability, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Advanced proficiency in data management, including handling large data sets, ensuring data integrity, and producing accurate, high-quality analysis and reports
Ability to work confidently across multiple information systems, troubleshooting issues and adapting to new technologies with ease
