EMEA Cloud LoB & Business Technology Platform (BTP) Services

is a regional team under the Customer Services & Delivery (CS&D) organization. It is chartered to run thr Services Business of Cloud LoB BTP - specifically around Integration, Successfactors, Ariba, Fieldglass, CX, Extensions, Clean Core, Data & Analytics, Process Automation and Gen AI. The team is helping customers innovate to accelerate their Cloud journey.



The team is focused on SAP's strategic B

usiness Technology Platform & Cloud LoB,

working closely with various LoBs/Local MU's/Sales/Pre-Sales Units in EMEA to enable and support Services Sales and help with delivery of Clean Core, Integration, Extension, Data & Analytics, Automation and Intelligence topics on S4HANA, SAC, Ariba, SuccessFactors, FieldGlass, Concur, C4C, etc.

n BTP Topics. This position requires the individual to be very well versed with IT, Web Technologies, and a very good working knowledge on MS Office [particularly PowerPoint], MS Teams and related tools.

SKILLS, COMPETENCIES AND EXPECTATIONS

Responsibilities & Tasks

Working with Architects of different pillars of SAP BTP and understanding discussed solutions. Preparing the relevant meeting notes and architectural slides, Creative ability to come up with the right pictorial design of proposed solutions on MS PowerPoint, Independent research in order to interpret, understand, and visualize content in the most effective manner and t

ransmit the message with clarity,

Quick understanding of SAP processes, roles and tasks of Demand Generation areas within the SAP Services Sales Organization. Co-ordination and keeping track of tasks and action items, Maintaining, creating, & following up on a list of various Services Sales Leads and Opportunities, Organizing calendars and co-ordinating team meetings/events related to the Services Leads/Opportunities. Maintaining regular communication and keeping track with the stakeholders.
