Job Description

The EMEA IT team is committed to providing a seamless, secure, and efficient technology experience for end users. Our mission is to empower employees with the tools and support they need to maximise productivity while maintaining compliance with organisational and security standards.
Our scope includes both onsite and remote support, as well as the management and deployment of workplace technology across the region. We oversee software provisioning, endpoint security, IT asset lifecycle management, network support event spaces and more.
Furthermore, we drive innovation and automation to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and continuously improve the end-user experience.
Project Planning & Coordination
- Develop project plans, timelines and deliverables.
- Defining project scope, objectives and success criteria.
- Support the identification and management of project risks, dependencies and constraints.
Project Execution & Monitoring
- Monitor project performance, ensuring adherence to schedules, milestones and deadlines.
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including the preparation of agendas, documentation of minutes and follow up on action items.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including logs for risks registers, issue logs and change records.
- Track budget and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between project teams, IT support functions, and business stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Prepare and distribute project updates, dashboards and status reports.
- Facilitate issue resolution through collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Process Improvement & Best Practices
- Support the adoption and implementation of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid and other tools.
- Contribute to post-project evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and governance frameworks.
- Leverages deep technical and business knowledge to proactively solve issues, improve service outcomes and deliver tangible value to the business
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities to established timelines while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Proactively uses initiative and drive to contribute to team goals, deliver positive user outcomes and support the success of the business.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
- Leads with initiative and accountability to ensure timely delivery of impactful, user-centric solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2 Foundation, or Agile certifications) are a plus.
