About Parameta Solutions



Parameta Solutions is the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP Group. The business provides clients with unbiased OTC content and proprietary data, in-depth insights across price discovery, risk management, benchmark and indices, and pre and post-trade analytics. Its post-trade solutions offering helps market participants control their counterparty and regulatory risks through a growing range of tools that manage balance-sheet exposure, as well as compression and optimisation services. The Data & Analytics division includes the following brands: Tullett Prebon Information, PVM Data Services, ICAP Information and Burton-Taylor Consulting.


Role Overview



Parameta Solutions, the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP Group, is on an ambitious growth trajectory to increase its contribution to group revenues over the next five years. Central to this strategy is the appointment of a Sales Account Manager. This role will focus on driving client diversification and revenue growth through strategic account management and new business development.


The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for expanding Parameta Solutions' footprint through retention and growth of existing clients, cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and acquisition of new customers. You will lead client engagement, sales strategy, and collaborate closely with internal teams and channel partners to accelerate growth.


Key Responsibilities



Drive revenue growth through new product sales to existing clients and acquisition of new business opportunities. Build, manage, and forecast a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce.com. Engage effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with key accounts. Execute account management and lead generation strategies. Maintain and enhance knowledge of capital markets and financial technology. Contribute to global sales and marketing initiatives. Implement strategic key account plans to maximize client value. Communicate market developments and insights to internal stakeholders. Perform additional duties as required to support business objectives.

Experience & Competences



Essential


Demonstrated track record of growing a client base and consistently exceeding revenue targets. Knowledge: Strong understanding of wholesale (OTC) financial markets and capital markets. Previous experience selling market data and analytics solutions. Familiarity with structured sales approaches and ability to apply them effectively. Skilled in using Salesforce.com for pipeline management and forecasting. Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to diverse client needs. Ability to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close deals. Highly motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Desired


Experience working with third-party distribution partners or resellers. Ability to contribute to and execute sales strategies aligned with global objectives. Additional language proficiency would be advantageous. Established relationships within sell-side institutions and familiarity with buy-side dynamics. Knowledge of emerging trends in financial technology and data analytics.
