We are recruiting for a dynamic Sales Account Manager with a passion for developing long-term client relationships, managing sales processes, and driving revenue growth through effective account management. It's an exciting time to be join this well established supplier of licensed apparel!
SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER - Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy Development: Identify business and product opportunities, develop strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key Customer accounts and Licensors to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Use existing industry contacts and clients to find new business opportunities
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Design, Account Co-ordinator and licensing teams.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.

SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER - Skills & Qualifications

• Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales/account management, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. A background in fashion or textiles is preferred.
• Licensing: Experience and understanding of licensed product, trends and opportunities.
• Customer Service: A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Product development & Commercial Awareness: The ability to work with existing / potential new factories, and to identify commercial opportunities to develop newness.
• Ability to travel within the UK & Internationally for client meetings, attend industry events, and for sourcing and development trips.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
• Energy and enthusiasm to succeed. Problem solver
• Proficiency in MS Office.
