The EMEA S&P Transition Director is to undertake and develop in the following activities:

  • Successful delivery of transition engagements from sales cycle to the point of hand off to the steady state team i.e. transition & mobilization
  • Ensure delivery of integrated solution meeting contractual requirements
  • Review and understand contractual obligations of service area based on Statement Of Works, Master Service Agreements and Cost Models
  • Identify and communicate Risks, Assumptions and Issues based on documentation provided from sales cycle
  • Communicate with transition leader, transition team, service area Subject Matter Experts and customer about project requirements
  • Define project deliverables and project schedule of service area
  • Prepare and deliver On-Boarding presentations for Client, SME, and Suppliers
  • Support the Operations Enablement Team to develop process and procedures documentation including roles and responsibilities matrixes in connection with the Sourcing Transition Process & Procedures and Contract/Change Management procedures.
  • As required, provide guidance to assigned Sourcing Transitions Lead on transition; new accounts, expansion of exciting accounts, and change-management
  • Prepare handover checklist to review and obtain approval from steady state team
  • Document lessons learned highlighting any risks or issues for escalation
  • Drive the continuous improvements of Transitions / Implementation methodology
  • Support (Global & EMEA) strategic, tactical and new client sourcing initiatives.
  • Using country, Market and industry intelligence Identify and qualify new suppliers to support the business.
  • Support managing and setting up all the EMEA supplier structure and sourcing/negotiating service agreements with key suppliers for FwA (Framework Agreements).
  • Support the development of strategic/B2B suppliers relationships to support the regional and global business objectives
  • Engagement in supplier contract negotiations on aspects for supplier and sourcing service agreements, KPI setting, save guarantee, gain share.
  • Accountable for and contributes significantly to profitability and/or cost containment through direct P&L costs.
  • Support the on input into RFI\xe2\x80\x99s, RFP\xe2\x80\x99s and other proposals in accordance with business development\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.
  • Support procurement strategies/capabilities at bid presentations
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
  • Successfully delivery of Transitions: on-time, within budget, and documented.
  • People management and development to assigned Transitions Lead
  • Best practices, standard documents and case studies database
  • Contract Management compliance accuracy
  • Implement saves tracker
  • Delivery of guaranteed saves and agreed gain share targets where appropriate
  • Transitions in/out of suppliers facilitated
  • Compliance to internal & external audit bodies
  • Client Satisfaction (internal)
  • Key stakeholder relationship management and Client stakeholder Satisfaction (internal & external))
  • Organisational awareness and strategic thinking, leadership, people management, management of projects, finances and other resources
  • Communication, managing self and relationships with others, team working and co-operation, negotiating and influencing, personal effectiveness, analytical thinking and judgement, creativity and innovation
  • Strong analytical, financial and commercial skills to achieve transparency of tender costs
  • Attention and understanding of detail of cost makeup in facilities services contracts
  • Strong presentational skills and Client Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Strong analytical ability required
  • Excellent numerical and commercial acumen
  • Excellent inter-personal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong written and verbal English language skills
  • Excellent PC skills, proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluent in English, additional WE language required
  • 10+ years procurement and contracting experience in services arena with emphasis on Transitions / Implementation / Mobilization
  • Deep understanding of WPM services and supplier environment
  • Sourcing procedures and protocols \xe2\x80\x93 particularly for services contracts
  • Experience working with suppliers across the EMEA region
  • Development of EMEA strategic relationships with multi-national suppliers
  • Hold a business management or related degree
  • MCIPS or Country Equivalent
