Your New Daily rate: up to \xc2\xa3418 p/day PAYE or \xc2\xa3548 p/day umbrella (inside IR35)* equivalent of up to \xc2\xa3108k per annum
Duration: Temporary assignment 12 months contract
Location: West London
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, hybrid (2 days a week in office)

Who you\'ll be working for:
Our client, a major FTSE100 business, who have fantastic offices in west London are looking for a Procurement Manager - Facilities & Real Estate.

Procurement Manager - What you\'ll be doing each day:
This role is responsible for working with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements and ensure the company is leveraging scale, enabling best in class partnerships with key suppliers and delivering quality outcomes for services in support of the company\'s Real Estate portfolio.

Procurement Manager - Responsibilities:
  • Drive category strategies for real estate and facilities services to meet the business needs across a variety of asset types for all business units, with responsibility for agreed subcategories.
  • Create and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to deliver agreed savings targets and other benefits that significantly impact company\'s financial results.
  • Deliver sustainable, long-term savings opportunities by identifying and exploring all potential value levers.
  • Partner with stakeholders to optimise the company\'s global real estate portfolio to ensure benefit realisation.
  • Partner with stakeholders to contract and support facilities services to ensure benefit realisation.
  • Lead the development and management of the supply base for real estate services.
  • Execute contract performance and governance as appropriate.
The skills you need to succeed:
  • Extensive procurement experience in real estate or facilities.
  • Experience negotiating complex contracts for real estate or similar services that deliver savings and manage risk.
  • Experience in negotiations at management level with both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Ariba SAP system knowledge - would be a bonus.
