As a Contract Operations Specialist within our EMEIA Sales Contract Management team, you'll play a critical role in supporting Apple's sales operations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India. You'll be at the heart of ensuring contracts are handled effectively, contributing directly to the success of our sales initiatives. You will also explore opportunities to implement AI-driven solutions to streamline and optimise contract processes. We're looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team in London.

Description



Building on your passion for smooth contract operations and operational excellence, as a Contract Operations Specialist, you will become an integral member of the EMEIA Sales Contract Management team, contributing to the efficient and effective operation of our contract processes. In this role, you will collaborate with Contract Managers, Legal, Sales, Sales Finance, and System teams to implement and maintain innovative contract solutions. You will be instrumental in supporting Apple's sales initiatives across a dynamic and diverse region. In addition, you will contribute to finding opportunities to employ advanced AI technologies to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and insightfulness of our contract operations, ultimately empowering our sales teams and stakeholders to achieve optimal results. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-performing and collaborative team, directly impacting Apple's sales performance across EMEIA. We seek a candidate who can assume ownership of key processes, identify areas for improvement (including AI-driven solutions), and champion initiatives that drive efficiency and effectiveness. Based in Apple's London Battersea office, you will collaborate with a versatile group of professionals and work alongside remote teams in the US and worldwide.

","responsibilities":"Manage the intake and processing of contract operations requests from various internal partners (Sales, Legal, Sales Finance, Sales Support).



Support the development and implementation of project plans for contract operations initiatives, including scope definition and dependency identification.



Track and report on the progress of key contract rollouts, ensuring consistent completion across the EMEIA region.



Lead projects to develop and document contract operations processes, creating clear and concise documentation (e.g., instructions, manuals, training materials, process/procedures).



Maintain a central operational project/activity status dashboard (e.g., in Tableau, Wrike or similar tool).



Develop operational contractual solutions (e.g., communication templates, standard letters) and/or gather data for the development of complex contractual solutions.



Support system improvement projects related to contract operations, including document inventory and data management.



Oversee the organisation and maintenance of our contract repository.



Help prioritise team activities, identify potential issues, and drive resolution across relevant areas.



Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders regarding project status, issues, and proposed solutions.



Identify and evaluate opportunities to implement AI-powered solutions within contract operations, such as AI-driven contract review, risk assessment, and data extraction.



Preferred Qualifications



Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.



Experience working in a global organisation.



Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to contract management in the EMEIA region.



Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.



Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel).



Experience with AI and machine learning technologies, and their application to business processes.



Minimum Qualifications



5+ years of experience in contract operations, or a related field.



Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively.



Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.



Experience with project management tools and presentation software (e.g., Wrike, Keynote, PowerPoint).



Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Law, Sales Finance, or a related field.
