The university employability strategy outlines an ambition to embed employability and enterprise in all programmes of study. To contribute to university objectives and employability priorities, the role holder will provide faculties with employability and enterprise focused solutions that will support the enhancement of academic programmes and the overall student experience.

The role holder will establish and maintain productive relationships across faculties, internal departments and graduate employers to design, deliver and assess innovative curricular and co-curricular employability and enterprise interventions thereby providing students with opportunities to develop the employability and enterprise skills required in a competitive 21st century workplace environment.
