Description

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Employability Tutor to join our team on a full-time, hourly-paid basis. In this role, you'll deliver both in-person and online training, helping learners develop vital employability skills and ensuring the content aligns with industry needs. If you have a strong background in teaching and assessment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

As an Employability Tutor, you'll lead engaging training sessions, both in-person and online, covering essential topics like CV writing, interview preparation, teamwork, and communication. You'll deliver and assess Pre-employment/SWAP programmes, managing an agreed caseload and teaching hours, while consistently upholding the highest standards in line with EIF expectations.

You'll offer personalised support, providing feedback that helps learners build confidence and competence. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with employers and stakeholders to ensure the training remains relevant to industry demands. By identifying and addressing learning barriers, you'll create a supportive, inclusive environment where every learner has the opportunity to thrive.###
