Employed PA required for 4hrs a week (term time) & 6hrs a week (school holidays) - 12.21p/h

I am looking for a Personal Assistant for my 5 year old son. He loves getting outdoors for adventures and settling down to Cbeebies - especially Raa Raa the Noisy Lion and Numberblocks.

He is Autistic and non-verbal which can lead to him getting overwhelmed and displaying challenging behaviour. He also has Pica and a Learning disability. To keep him safe whilst out and about he does have access to a disability buggy.

Ideally, I would like someone who has experience of working with challenging behaviour to be able to support my son. Someone who is kind, patient and caring - yet knows when to hold firm boundaries.

The support would ideally be for:

4hrs over the weekend during term time and we are happy to be flexible in arranging days and times.

2 x 3hrs over the entire week during school holidays and we are happy to be flexible in arranging days and times.

I am happy to split this role for the right people.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 6 per week
