As part of our Corporate Affairs function, the Employee Communications Executive will help deliver impactful communications from our Group Functions to employees across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our refreshed strategy and cultural goals, while developing your skills in a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting the delivery of employee communications strategies and activity plans
Developing written, video and visual content for internal channels
Managing digital platforms and supporting channel coordination
Contributing to communications measurement and evaluation
Coordinating virtual and in-person events and maintaining calendars
Assisting with editorial planning and cross-team collaboration
Designing assets tailored to target audiences and business needs
Ensuring communications are clear, fair and compliant with regulations
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
Understanding of employee communications within a corporate setting
Awareness of content development and channel management tactics
Knowledge of communications planning and evaluation methodologies
Experience in employee and leadership communications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organised
Experience in event coordination and content creation
Familiarity with regulated environments, ideally financial services
