About the role



Balfour Beatty are currently looking for a

Employee Ideas Programme Business Partner

to join our Power T&D business based in Derby with the ability to travel when needed.



My Contribution (MyC), our employee idea programme which gives everyone the opportunity to take part personally in changing and improving Balfour Beatty for the better.


Within this role you'll be a driving force behind My Contribution. You'll provide a link between the leadership team and the wider My Contribution team and ensure alignment between business unit strategy and MyC. They lead the delivery of MyC and ensure we create business value from employee ideas and create a positive MyC experience; helping submitters move their ideas forward, communicating regularly, reporting progress, showcasing achievements and celebrating success.





What you'll be doing




As a

Employee Ideas Programme Business Partner

you'll:


Position My Contribution to be our key listening channel and the way through which all employees can engage with our strategy and get involved in improving our business Supporting the MD and senior leadership team to effectively lead and run MyC, ensuring embedment in the business and achieve business targets for MyC End-to-end management and tracking of My Contribution ideas from Power T&D colleagues, coordinating with submitters, experts, decision makers, and implementation teams Ensuring momentum and progress in delivery of MyC projects, including measurement and capture of benefits, and identifying opportunities to scale up ideas and leverage value Working with the innovation team in supporting, managing or leading some MyC innovations Onboarding, training and leadership of My Contribution Ambassadors in Power T&D Producing reports for leadership on My Contribution performance, tracking progress against defined KPIs, recommending actions to achieve targets and sharing successes and areas for improvement Working with leaders and the communications team to design and run local MyC campaigns and events Keeping MyC visible to and enabling participation from all audiences Working with the Communication team to keep employees engaged, celebrate achievements and recognise success through a range of communication channels Working with the finance team, projects and departments on the RDEC submission
