In this key role, you'll be the go-to expert for employee relations, providing professional advice and hands-on support across a wide range of ER matters--including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance management. You'll work closely with line managers to ensure consistency, fairness, and full compliance with UK employment law, helping to foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
This is a full-time, on-site position, ideal for someone confident managing complex ER issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What We're Looking For
5+ years' experience
in employee relations, with a strong understanding of UK employment legislation.
Proven ability to manage complex disciplinary and grievance cases from start to finish.
Confident advising managers and influencing decision-making at all levels.
Strong knowledge of HR policies and best practices.
Calm under pressure, with excellent conflict resolution and communication skills.
CIPD Level 5
(desirable, not essential).
Background in
aerospace
or
manufacturing
sectors is a plus.
