We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our dynamic team. Duties
Supervise and support the HR team in managing employee relations matters.
Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to promote a positive workplace culture.
Manage employee grievances and conduct investigations as necessary, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management regarding employee relations issues.
Utilise data analysis skills to assess trends and develop strategies for improving employee engagement.
Oversee the implementation of HR systems such as Workday, ATS, Taleo, and PeopleSoft to streamline processes.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment on employee relations initiatives.
Provide training and support to managers on best practices for handling employee relations.
Requirements
Proven experience in human resources or employee relations management.
Strong supervisory skills with a track record of managing teams effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly.
Proficiency in HR software systems such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or similar ATS platforms.
Strong data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and inform decision-making.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on fostering positive employee relations.
