We are looking for an Employee Relations Partner to join our People Hub Employee Relations Team to provide expert Employee Relations case management and people change (restructuring, redundancy) support as well line managing a team of up to 4 x ER Advisors. Our HR Shared Service Centre, known as The People Hub, is moving to our Newcastle office. Why not become a part of this exciting move?
You will provide support across the business on every aspect of ER, Employment Legislation and the application of best practice, whilst helping to ensure the ER Advisor Team always provide the best possible customer service.
In addition to this you will support people change programmes through an ER lens, where there is a people impact in relation to business change, TUPE and redundancy for example.
The role will be based in Newcastle, working Hybrid between the office and home. Some occasional travel may be required, to attend in-person meetings across the business.
