Global Employee Relations Specialist

, you'll play a key role in supporting our global functions and shaping our ER strategy, policies, and processes across multiple markets. You'll be at the heart of employee experiences, ensuring fair and consistent practices aligned with Costa values

do





Being a

Global Employee Relations Specialist

is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It's your chance to stir up real success - which means you'll be:



Providing expert ER guidance and case management to managers and People Partners across our global functions. Collaborating with Coca-Cola and international ER teams to support policy development and resolve cross-border ER matters. Coaching managers through performance, capability, grievance, and disciplinary matters. Drafting policies, toolkits, and communications that reflect Costa's culture and legal obligations. Supporting new market entry by helping establish ER frameworks in line with Costa's values.


Who you are





It's your unique ingredients we're interested in:



An ER expert with strong knowledge of UK employment law and ideally some exposure to global markets. A trusted advisor with experience managing complex cases, including TUPE, restructuring, and settlements. A great communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels with warmth and confidence. A self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a passion for HR and employee wellbeing. Someone who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and is motivated by doing meaningful work.
