What You'll be doing:
Using case insights to identify trends and opportunities to improve our ER culture and practices.
Partnering with managers and leaders across the business to provide expert, pragmatic ER advice that balances commercial needs with a people-first approach.
Supporting a wide range of ER matters including grievance, disciplinary, absence management, and tribunals--always with a focus on fairness, clarity, and consistency.
Contributing to the development and implementation of new ER policies and ways of working.
Collaborating with colleagues across the People Team--including People Business Partners, Recruitment, Payroll, and Onboarding--to ensure a seamless and joined-up experience.
We are looking for someone who has:
Employee Relations case management experience ideally in a fast-paced, muti-site organisation.
Ability to work independently and support a diverse workload.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present clear, well-structured work.
Able to build trust at all levels.
The ability to make logical, well-balanced and reasoned decisions.
