the role
As an Employer Engagement Advisor you will be seeking new business opportunities and visiting employers around the Sheffield City region. You will be joining a team that is passionate about Apprenticeships that strives to put the student at the heart of everything they do.
Main Responsibilities:
Assist with sourcing business opportunities which meets sales targets
Professionally manage business opportunities alongside the Employer Engagement team by developing and building your own network of contacts
Actively seek new opportunities in all markets, evaluating and qualifying leads.
Assist in providing excellent account management and customer service to clients.
Attend engaging meetings with potential clients to promote the college's services.
Maintain and keep up to date sales records using the College's CRM & Esign Up systems, provide regular sales reports and sales forecasts, and ensure that the College processes and procedures are followed.
Operate within the College's equal opportunities framework to achieve College Targets and establish parity of esteem.
Ensure the delivery of quality operations and/or service, in accordance with quality management.
Ensure that all relevant work activities underpin the College's commitment to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults.

What we can offer you
As the successful candidate, you will be offered a salary of between 32,523 - 36,566 per annum based upon a combination of the skills, knowledge and experience that you can bring to the role.
