Freelance Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Business Development /

Employer Engagement Consultant for

Apprenticeship

to support our Apprenticeship Department on a

freelance basis

. The successful candidates need to bring new employers on board and place our apprentices with them to start LVC's Digital Sector Level 3 or Level 4 apprenticeship programs.

Key Services:

Identify and engage with potential employers to create new apprenticeship opportunities. Establish and maintain strong relationships with businesses to secure apprenticeship placements. Collaborate with employers to understand their needs and match them with suitable LVCs apprentices.

Payment for this Freelance Position:

You will receive a payment of 300 for each new apprenticeship vacancy you open and for successfully signing up our apprentice.

Examples:

If you open

10 new apprenticeship vacancies

and successfully sign up

10 LVC apprentices per month

, this will generate

36,000 per annum

in freelance payments. If you open

15 new apprenticeship vacancies

and successfully sign up

15 LVC apprentices per month

, this will generate

54,000 per annum

in freelance payments.

Requirements:

Proven sales/business development experience in the apprenticeship sector is essential. Strong understanding of apprenticeship programs and the ability to effectively communicate their benefits to employers. Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as a freelancer and meet targets. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
