Calderdale
College is looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join
our growing Employer Engagement Team. The successful applicant
will be responsible for identifying and generating employer
leads, responding to employer enquiries and conducting employer
visits to ascertain workforce development requirements,
specifically for Apprenticeships as part of our employer facing
provision.



You should
have a flexible approach to work and enjoy working as part of a
team, whilst being able to manage your time effectively. You will
be methodical and solutions driven in order to meet an employer
training and development needs.



The successful
applicant will be a talented, creative and a self-motivated
person. You will need to be an excellent communicator, show
enthusiasm for outstanding customer service and be confident in
connecting with a varied audience.
