A leading Top 100 UK law firm with a strong social purpose is seeking an Employment & Pensions Solicitor to join its specialist team. This is a unique opportunity to:
Manage Employment Tribunal claims (drafting, hearings preparation, and advocacy)
Advise on TUPE, reorganisations, redundancies, and settlement agreements
Support mission-driven clients (charities, housing providers, care organizations, and schools)
Draft employment contracts, HR policies, and procedures
Ideal Candidate:
Qualified solicitor with 1-4 years' PQE in Employment/Pensions law
Strong drafting, advisory, and client management skills
Passionate about social impact and employee relations
Confident managing a varied caseload with appropriate support
