Employment Coordinator

Location: Hybrid role, working from home and our office in Glasgow, G51 1DR.
Salary: \xc2\xa327,990 per annum.
Contract: Full time, permanent.

Your role, as an Employment Coordinator on our Parents programme is to support parents with a disability or parents of children with a disability to progress towards employment, or within their current roles through skills and training. Our Employment Coordinator will work with parents on an individual basis and in a group setting where applicable.

You will work closely with a group of parents, profiling their skills and jointly planning activity that will enable them to achieve their work goals and become independent, active members of their community whilst supporting them to manage their caring responsibilities.
