Oculus are working with a growing boutique firm focusing exclusively on employment law and is trusted by a range of national employers. Known for their proactive and practical approach, they provide advice across day-to-day HR, projects, and complex disputes.

They are looking for a

3-4 year PQE Employment Lawyer

to join the team. Candidates from either respondent or claimant backgrounds will be considered, provided they are keen to specialise in respondent work moving forward.

The role

Advising on a broad spectrum of employment law issues. Supporting senior lawyers with tribunal work and project matters. Developing strong relationships with business clients. Working flexibly across teams depending on your strengths.
