Hamilton Law is seeking an
ambitious
, experienced and detail-oriented Employment Lawyer to join our growing, tech-forward legal practice. This is a flexible opportunity initially part-time or consultant, with the option of full-time for those who also bring experience inFamily Law or Estate Planning.
We're looking for someone with solid practical experience in employment matters including Tribunals, strong negotiation and mediation skills, and confidence working independently. Candidates seeking SRA-sanctioned experience will be considered where experience is sufficient. Prefer a local candidate but not essential.
A client following is advantageous, and prior liaison with counsel and experts is welcomed. The right candidate could help shape how we meet nationwide demand for legal services emerging from our busy pro bono clinic particularly by
embracing AI, automation, and innovation
in service delivery.Key Attributes:
Confident in handling employment law cases independently Strong written and verbal communication Experience negotiating settlements and managing disputes Comfortable using IT tools and CRM systems Adaptable to a growing, fast-paced firm with evolving needs
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: 14.50-18.00 per hour
