We are working on behalf of a well-regarded law firm in Chelmsford, who are seeking an
Employment Paralegal
to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to build a career in employment law within a supportive and professional environment.The Role:
Assisting solicitors with a broad range of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious. Drafting contracts, policies, and HR documentation. Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries. Liaising with clients, preparing bundles, and supporting at tribunal hearings where required. Managing files under supervision and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
The Candidate:
Previous experience in employment law or as a paralegal is essential. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. A proactive and client-focused approach. LPC/SQE or law degree preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to 32,000.00 per year
