Litigation & Employment Solicitor

with

1-3 years PQE

to join our growing team.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a junior solicitor to manage a mixed caseload of

civil litigation

and

employment law matters

, including both claimant and respondent work. The role offers excellent exposure to court procedures, tribunal advocacy, and direct client handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload of litigation and employment matters from inception to completion Draft pleadings, witness statements, and legal submissions Attend court hearings and employment tribunals where required Provide legal advice to clients on a range of employment issues including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, and contractual disputes Conduct pre-action correspondence, settlement negotiations, and ADR where appropriate Keep accurate and timely records using case management systems Ensure compliance with internal policies and SRA requirements

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with

1-3 years PQE

in civil litigation and/or employment law Solid experience in handling employment tribunal cases Strong drafting and legal research skills Excellent client care and communication skills Ability to manage deadlines and work independently A proactive attitude and willingness to develop professionally

Pay: 36,000.00-55,000.00 per year
