About the Role

Blackstone Bridge is working with a well-established regional law firm that's looking to strengthen its Employment team with a capable solicitor (ideally 2-6 years PQE). This is a great opportunity to join a successful department with a loyal client base and handle both claimant and respondent matters.

You'll be joining a team with a reputation for practical advice, client care, and a strong internal culture that balances hard work with genuine flexibility.

The Role Includes:

Advising on a broad range of employment issues (dismissals, discrimination, grievances, TUPE, etc.) A mix of contentious and non-contentious work Tribunal advocacy (if preferred) or instruction of counsel Client relationship management and business development

What They're Looking For:

Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive Around 2-6 years' PQE in employment law (open to more senior candidates too) Confident handling matters independently Clear communicator with a practical mindset Keen to grow professionally and contribute to the wider team
