We are a dynamic and client-focused firm. We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our friendly team, on a consultancy basis. This role is perfect for a flexible professional who is self-driven and highly knowledgeable.

Key responsibilities:

Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients at every stage of their case.

Drafting employment contracts and company policies.

Advising clients regarding wage disputes, whistleblowing, discrimination, grievances, and unfair/constructive dismissal.

Assisting with company restructuring, TUPE transfers, and the ACAS early conciliation process.

Representing clients at the employment tribunal.

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment law legislation and best practices.

Maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication and support.

Collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure a holistic and client-centred approach.

Ideal candidate:

Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in employment law.

Demonstrated ability to assist with a busy caseload while providing empathetic support.

A proactive, solution-focused approach and commitment to professional development.
