Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled and motivated Employment Solicitor to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of employment law and demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills. This role involves providing expert legal advice to clients on various employment-related matters, ensuring compliance with current legislation.

Responsibilities



Advise on a range of employment law issues, including contracts, dismissals, discrimination, and workplace policies. Draft and review legal documents such as contracts of employment and policies. Conduct thorough research on relevant case law and legislation to provide informed legal opinions. Maintain accurate records Stay updated on changes in employment law to ensure compliance Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies and share best practices.

Requirements



Qualified solicitor with a valid practising certificate. Proven experience in employment law is essential; experience in litigation is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly. High level of attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
