About the role



We are seeking a newly qualified to 2-year PQE solicitor to join our highly regarded Employment Team, where you'll work alongside experienced lawyers and develop into a confident and well-rounded practitioner.

The team advises a diverse client base that includes corporations, charities, independent schools, and rural estates. You'll gain exposure to a broad range of sectors and employment law issues, making every day interesting and rewarding.

What you'll be doing:



Advising on a variety of employment issues, including settlement agreements, disciplinaries, grievances, Tribunal claims, and day-to-day HR queries Working directly with clients to provide clear, pragmatic legal advice Supporting colleagues across the firm on employment-related matters including the corporate and Court of Protection teams
Contributing to the team's continued success and reputation for providing high-quality services
