The role:
You will join the Employment team, handling a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious work. Your responsibilities may include:
Advising clients (employers and individuals) on day-to-day employment issues
Drafting and negotiating contracts, policies, severance agreements
Conducting and advising on internal investigations, disciplinaries, grievances
Representing clients in tribunals / employment litigation
Liaising with HR, senior management, external stakeholders
About you:
You must be a qualified fee-earner or fully qualified solicitor with relevant experience
Experience in employment / HR advisory and tribunal work
Strong drafting, analytical and advocacy skills
Ability to manage your own caseload, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and client skills
Based in (or willing to commute to) Worthing / Horsham area
