Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage client relationships. Analyse client business to identify priorities. Advise owner-managers on business and personal matters. Oversee engagements and maintain high standards. Assist with consultancy and business development. Manage salary exchange, IR35, benefits, staff rewards, CIS, and owner remuneration.

What You'll Bring

Experience in Employment Taxes at Manager level or equivalent. Proven ability to manage complex client engagements. Strong business development skills and interest in growth. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent.
