This role sits in our EssenceMediacomX building on Oxford Street alongside clients including Google, ITV, Airbnb and L\'Oreal.

The Client Services Team

Working in the client services team here at EssenceMediacom is very unique as it gives you the opportunity to work across a whole spectrum of media channels, both online and offline, alongside actively developing and presenting bespoke ideas and initiatives. You will work hand in hand with our strategy, data strategy, media planning, analytics and activation teams and will be in constant communication with our clients.

The Client Service team not only oversees the tight-running of the account but is also responsible for ensuring that all day to day finances are in good shape. We are consultants and trusted advisors to our clients helping them to drive their business and digital transformation initiatives, as well as media excellence. Often putting ourselves in the clients shoes to challenge the teams and ensure we are delivering the best work we can.

The Role

In this role you will work across the BT Consumer account, focusing on brand activity across a variety of products including Broadband, TV and mobile. You will be the face of the account for the client acting as the connect between them and our internal teams. Ensuring we are delivering quality work, helping manage projects and timelines and building a trusted relationship with both the client and the internal teams at EssenceMediacom. A background in planning would be beneficial in supporting and advising the teams.

A bit about yourself:

• Proven and demonstrable 2-3 years experience in a Senior Executive or Manager role in digital media, advertising or marketing
• Desire to learn and advance, with a keen eye for detail and an entrepreneurial spirit
• Critical thinking/problem-solving skills: you must be able to analyse data or a situation, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations: in media, within a team
• Strong communicator who is confident and comfortable in front of client stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise and multi-task
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment: foster transparency and open communication
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the campaign level financial management process from estimate to invoice
• Previous experience in managing an account executive would be beneficial for the role
• A solid knowledge of the media landscape to enable you to advise and put forward ideas and views in client meetings and presentations
• Superior presentation design skills, in slides or document format.
• Understanding of industry standard media research tools (e.g. Comscore, GWI, TGI, YouGov).
• Sound written and verbal communication skills, with the desire to learn and advance.
