The role

Our enablement team helps keep Seccl running smoothly, unlocks efficiency and drives the strategic projects that fuel our future.



As our enablement manager, you'll sit at the heart of how we run and improve our business - helping keep the wheels turning and building a better engine along the way.



This is a varied, fast-paced and high-impact role, with loads of opportunity to grow. From planning and governance to reporting and process improvement, you'll make sure the right things happen at the right time - and that we've got the right information to make good conclusions. You'll own the day-to-day rhythm of the business, support our operational governance forums and deliver impactful insights through our MI and reporting. You'll also play a hands-on role in making things better - partnering with others to fix problems, run projects, improve processes and make us more efficient as we grow.

On a typical day you will be...

Owning and coordinating the operational rhythm of the business - including key governance forums and regular reporting Preparing governance materials (packs, agendas, minutes) and ensuring timely follow-up on actions and conclusions Producing regular operational MI and insights to support performance tracking and decision-making Partnering with the head of enablement in delivering cross-functional process improvement initiatives, identifying pain points or inefficiencies and designing, then delivering, practical solutions Managing the hands-on delivery of internal projects, tracking progress, doing actions and resolving blockers

You're a strong operational thinker who can map, understand and improve recurring processes--spotting inefficiencies and opportunities to automate You're comfortable with numbers and data, with great attention to detail and the ability to turn analysis into clear, useful insight You're organised and structured, able to manage timelines, coordinate inputs and keep things moving You're a clear communicator--able to simplify complex information in decks, reports or conversations You're a natural problem-solver, skilled at identifying root causes and delivering practical, lasting improvements You're delivery-focused--able to manage internal projects, track actions to completion and adapt quickly under pressure You're confident using tools like Excel, Airtable, BI platforms and PowerPoint to support your work You're dependable, collaborative and curious--someone who takes ownership, lives our principles, and cares about getting things done well and making them better

Experience working in start-ups, scale-ups, financial services and/or fintech is helpful but not a must

A salary between

60,000 and 70,000

- dependant on experience + reviewed annually

Interview process


---------------------


Interviewing is a two-way thing, and we want you to have the time and opportunity to get to know us, as much as we are getting to know you. Our interviews are conversational, so come with questions and be curious. In general, you can expect the interview process to look a bit like this, (following an initial chat with one of our Talent team):

First stage - 45 mins competencies-based interview with the hiring manager Second stage - one-hour technical interview (case study) with the hiring manager and Operations delivery lead Final stage - 45 mins bar-raiser culture-based interview + 30 mins interview with the COO
