Consultancy experience in live customer environments is essential and non-negotiable.

As an End-User Computing (EUC) Consultant at Trustmarque, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in delivering modern workplace solutions that transform how our clients operate. You will engage directly with organisations to understand their business goals, assess current environments, and design and implement EUC solutions that enhance user experience, improve endpoint security, and boost operational efficiency.


You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle--leading assessments, defining roadmaps, and delivering modern workplace solutions using technologies such as Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager and co-management, Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows Defender, Active Directory, Entra ID, and other associated services.


This is a key role in our consulting team, ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong communication skills, business insight, and a passion for helping organisations thrive through technology.

Main Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Advisory

Lead client workshops, assessments, and discovery sessions to gather EUC requirements and business objectives Provide expert consultancy on Microsoft-based EUC technologies to help clients modernise and secure their digital workplaces Develop strategic roadmaps and tailored solution recommendations aligned with customer needs and IT strategy

Solution Design & Implementation

Design secure and scalable EUC architectures, covering endpoint management (desktop/mobile), Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Windows 365, and AVD Deliver hands-on implementation of solutions in live production environments, ensuring high performance and user satisfaction Produce high-quality documentation, including solution designs and "as-built" guides

Project Delivery & Collaboration

Collaborate closely with project managers and technical teams to deliver successful engagements Support pre-sales activities, including scoping, Statements of Work (SoWs), and technical presentations Mentor other consultants and contribute to internal capability development

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Stay up to date with emerging EUC technologies and industry trends Identify opportunities to evolve Trustmarque's EUC offerings and propose new services or delivery models Share insights and knowledge across the wider team to drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications and Skills

Essential

5-10 years' experience in End-User Computing with a strong consultancy background in live customer environments Hands-on, production-based expertise with:

+ Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM)
+ Configuration Manager (SCCM) and co-management
+ Windows 365
+ Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design client-specific solutions Proven experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Strong technical writing and documentation capabilities

Desirable

Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-100, MD-101, MS-102, MS-500, AZ-140, SC-300, SC-900) PowerShell or other scripting experience for automation Experience with hybrid and cloud-based infrastructure
