Overview:

Coventry & Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking an experienced

EUC Engineer

to support device management and a major Electronic Patient Record (EPR) rollout across 8,500+ devices. The role requires strong hands-on skills with SCCM, application packaging, and gold image management in a Windows environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain Windows gold images and deploy applications via SCCM Manage device deployment, patching, and compliance using SCCM, AD, Azure AD, and Intune Support endpoint security and onboarding/offboarding processes Troubleshoot and resolve complex EUC issues Collaborate with IT teams during EPR rollout and upgrades

Essential:

2+ years' experience as an EUC Engineer or similar role Strong hands-on experience with SCCM, Active Directory, and Microsoft Intune Application packaging and Windows deployment expertise Solid understanding of endpoint security best practices

Desirable:

Experience in healthcare IT or large enterprise environments PowerShell scripting skills ITIL Foundation certification
