Where will you be working?
At M Group Energy, we're enabling the energy essential to support our lives.
We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation.
Home Decarbonisation- We're working to eliminate fuel poverty, providing end-to-end management in energy efficiency and carbon reduction. Our team works closely with homeowners and local authority partners to provide home energy advice to prepare for Net Zero.
As part of our team, you'll be at the forefront of the transition to net zero, working with not just those around you, but across the Group- sharing learnings to deliver essential infrastructure services for life.
What will you be doing?
As an Energy Advisor (Triage), you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking energy efficiency support. You'll assess eligibility, guide them through the process, and ensure they're matched with the right services. It's a role that blends empathy, precision, and purpose-helping people access the support they need while contributing to national sustainability goals.
You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners, maintaining accurate records, managing referrals, and supporting the delivery of funded schemes. Whether it's ECO4, GBIS or LAD, you'll help ensure compliance and customer satisfaction every step of the way.
Hybrid working is available, with flexibility to work from our Sutton or Aylesbury offices.
What you'll bring

  • Experience in a customer-facing or administrative role, with a proactive and empathetic approach
  • Strong communication and organisational skills-you're confident managing conversations, data and deadlines
  • Comfortable using Excel and CRM systems to keep things accurate and up to date
  • A genuine interest in energy efficiency and helping households access support
  • Level 3 Award in Energy Awareness or equivalent is a plus, but not essential
  • Familiarity with ECO4, GBIS or LAD schemes and their compliance requirements is helpful, though not required
