More About Your Role



We have two roles available



As an Energy Advisor, you'll work on the frontline in community settings across Preston and Chorley, supporting customers to make informed decisions about energy efficiency and sustainability. You'll provide practical advice and advocacy, helping households access grants, improve energy usage, and reduce bills.



Collaboration is key in this role. You'll work with multiple agencies and partners to deliver joined-up solutions, ensuring customers receive the best possible support. You'll also contribute to local initiatives aimed at tackling fuel poverty and promoting greener living



You will be required to travel too carry out home visits and visit local communities across Preston and Chorley, you can manage your diary to work around the business requirements and personal commitments.

Experience of multi-agency working and partnership development. Experience providing advice and advocacy to customers Working in a front-line community setting environment




You'll have experience of multi-agency working and partnership development, with the ability to build strong relationships across different organisations. Your background will include providing advice and advocacy to customers, ideally in a community or frontline setting.



You'll be approachable, empathetic, and able to communicate complex information in a clear and practical way. If you're passionate about making a difference and helping people live more sustainably, this could be the perfect role for you.
