Job Description
Our client, a leading global law firm, has been advising clients in the Oil, Natural Gas, Liquefied Natural Gas and Power industries for decades and is now looking to add an associate at the 2-5 PQE level in London.
The Projects & Infrastructure team brings together the collective resources of the transactional practice groups across their global platform to advise clients on all types of Infrastructure transactions, from Project Development and Finance, through to the purchase and sale of infrastructure assets and infrastructure companies.
Lawyers regularly advise clients on Energy transactions, with a focus on upstream Oil and Gas and LNG transactions for companies, host governments, project developers and sponsors.
