Peterborough Limited are recruiting a permanent, Energy Co-ordinator to work
part time
(16 hours per week)
, based in Peterborough.
Working Tuesday to Friday 10.00am until 2.00pm. Salary is up to 26,316.00 per annum (Pro-rata).
We are looking for a new Energy Co-ordinator to act as a vital member of the Business Management Team, supporting the asset management, and maintenance contractors.
What does the role involve?
You will be supporting the asset management and maintenance contractors to ensure a strong collaborative partnership exists between Housing Authority Partners and our organisation. You'll also be tasked with the coordination of assets, projects and service delivery within the energy management team, ensuring optimum service is provided.
Your role will also see you manage our company's utilities, including but not limited to billing, usage tracking and usage reduction initiatives. Similarly, you'll act as the initial liaison for Solar PV asset management, and customer queries. Therefore, it is vital that you boast a customer centric skillset, as our next energy co-ordinator will head all customer queries relating to energy management and solar services. This will include complaint management, hence dispute resolution experience would be advantageous.

Key Deliverables:
We are pursuing a proactive individual, who has the ability to ensure reactive and proactive maintenance is undertaken in a timely, safe and cost-effective manner. You will also be capable of liaising with stakeholders, ensuring your portfolio meets its commitments. You will possess a keen eye for detail, as to ensure high quality and outstanding service to homeowners, tenants, businesses and Housing Associations that we collaborate with.
Alongside maintaining relationships with our clientele and partnerships, our next Energy Co-Ordinator will also be confident in their communication with suppliers, contractors and asset management stakeholders whilst consistently working safely and effectively.
Who are we looking for?
An individual with confidence in a Client-facing role, experience and a proven track record of delivering to target.
Experience or qualifications within the renewable energy's sector, and/or possess technical knowledge relating to the installation and operation of Commercial and Domestic solar PV systems is desirable but full training will be provided.
