As an Energy Sales Lead Generator at Stadia Utilities, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving business growth. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads within the energy sector, building relationships with potential clients, and connecting them with our sales team to ultimately drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: With a dataset provided, making phone calls and sending emails to potential customers, to look to agree to receive a quotation.

Lead Qualification: Assess the quality and suitability of leads by understanding their energy needs, budget, and timeline for potential solutions.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by effectively communicating our company's value proposition and solutions.

Lead Nurturing: Educate leads about our energy products and services, providing them with relevant information and resources to guide their decision-making process.

Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified leads for consultations and meetings with our sales team, ensuring a smooth handover of information.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and progress in our CRM system.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates, to assess the effectiveness of lead generation efforts.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in lead generation or telemarketing, preferably within the energy sector, is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead generation tools.

Knowledge of energy products and services is an advantage.
