We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our Infrastructure Energy team in Leavesden.
What you'll do:

  • Drive the Safety Culture throughout the team at all phases of the work.
  • Promote open and honest communication within your delivery team, suppliers, subcontractors, client representatives and stakeholders.
  • Drive an approach to continuous improvement within your team
  • Build and develop the team to deliver all aspects of the project requirements
  • Construction input to Design
  • Contribute to construction feasibility reviews of the proposed detailed design, review and commenting on Issued For Assurance construction packs prior to receiving IFC information
What you'll bring to the role:
  • Experience of delivery phase of Energy projects such as Carbon Capture, Nuclear, Electricity energy storage / transmission / distribution or similar High Voltage projects over 132kV.
  • Degree, HNC or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
  • Proven experience as a Project Construction Manager within the construction industry, ideally in a Tier I main contractor projects in the energy or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, materials, and best practices relevant to energy infrastructure projects.
